TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
By clicking the “Confirm/I Accept/Submit/Make Payment button stated above (“Confirmation Tab”) these clickable Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and entering the one-time password sent by BFL (“OTP”), I am expressing my interest in availing loan from Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) for purchase of product from the website of the e-commerce partner (“Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in)”), I hereby agree and acknowledge that I (i) am at least 18 years of age, (ii) can understand, read and write in the English language, (iii) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.I agree that my action of entering the OTP sent by BFL and clicking on the Confirmation Tab, constitutes a valid acceptance by me of the Terms contained herein and creates a binding and enforceable agreement between me and BFL.
2.I declare that all the particulars and information provided by me for availing this loan from BFL (“Loan”) are true, correct, complete and up-to-date in all respects and that I have not withheld any information whatsoever from BFL as may be required for availing loan from BFL.
3.I have an Existing Member Identification card (“EMI Card”) issued by BFL, which enables purchase of products or availing services including but not limited to apparel, holiday/travel packages, footwear, groceries, kitchen appliances and accessories from Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in), on Loan from BFL.
4.I have read and understood the Master Terms and Conditions applicable to loans for Consumer Durable, Digital, Life Style Products & EMI Cards available at: https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-and-conditions- ecomm.pdf (“Master Terms”), as are in force now or from time to time and agree to comply with and be bound by the said Master Terms.
5.I declare that all the documents required to be submitted for availing the Loan, shall be submitted by me to BFL in the form and manner as may be prescribed by BFL and the same shall be true, correct, complete and up- to-date in all respects.
6.I understand that in case the information given by me is found incorrect or false, then the same shall affect this Loan and all my future loan applications to BFL.
7.I understand that the Loan shall be assigned to me as per BFL’s sole discretion and internal policies and the same is subject to further revision at BFL’s sole discretion. BFL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for such revision or cancellation of Loan limit.
8.I understand and undertake to keep my credentials including the login id and password/PIN issued by BFL and/or reset by me (“Credentials”), as confidential and shall not share the same with any third party. Any use or misuse of the Credentials including the transactions carried out using the Credentials shall be my sole responsibility and BFL shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage incurred on account of such use, misuse and/or transactions.
9.I understand and acknowledge that transmission of information through internet is not a secure means of sending information and the same may be subject to tampering and unauthorized access, fraudulently or mistakenly written, altered or sent, and not be received in whole or in part by the intended recipient and which may affect the availability and performance of this online facility provided by BFL. I shall not hold BFL liable for any loss/damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or resulting from such tampering and unauthorized access, frauds, mistakes, etc.
10.I authorize BFL to exchange or share information and details relating to Loan to its group companies and other third-party agents/representatives as may be required or as it may deem fit for the purpose of facilitating this Loan application and/or related offerings or other products/ services that I may apply for from time to time. I shall not hold BFL (or any of its group companies or its/their agents/representatives) liable for use/sharing of such information.
11.I understand that by clicking the Confirmation Tab, I hereby provide consent for receiving communications from BFL, its group companies, agents/ representatives in relation to this Loan including promotional communications through any mode (including without limitation through telephone calls / SMSs / emails). I confirm that that I shall not challenge receipt of such communications as unsolicited communication, defined under TRAI Regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communications.
12.I understand and agree that for concluding the Loan transaction for purchase of product/service from Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in), Rupees 49 as convenience fee (plus the applicable taxes) would be charged for each transaction and same would be added to my first equated monthly instalment for such Loan transaction.
13.I understand that products that are bought using EMI card from the Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in) are subject to the specific product cancellation policy of the Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in).
14.I understand that partial cancellation of any purchase made using Bajaj Finserv EMI within the cancellation period will result in the reduction of the tenure of the loan availed though the EMI amount will remain the same.
1. WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH NO COST EMI OFFER?
All the mobile phone models can be purchased with No Cost EMI.
2. WHY MY ISSUING BANK CALL CENTER HAS NO INFORMATION ON EMI CONVERSION?
The issuing bank will receive EMI request after at least 3 working days of the transaction. Then issuing banks can provide status of transactions.
3. WHY HAS THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT NOT CONVERTED INTO EMI IN 7 WORKING DAYS?
Please contact your card issuing banks in-case 7 days have passed and transaction has not been converted in EMI. Conversion of transaction into EMI is at the sole discretion of card issuing bank and can also be rejected in unfortunate circumstances.
4. WHY IS THE FULL AMOUNT CHARGED IN MY BILL?
Please check transaction date and customer bill generation date, if the period is less than 7 working days then customer needs to speak to issuing bank to determine how much to pay. The bank might convert the EMI at a later date and change bill payment.
5. WHY THE SUM TOTAL OF EMIS IS MORE THAN THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT?
The issuing bank charges interest per EMI transaction. The interest rates are decided by the bank and are displayed at the time of completing the transaction.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF BANK REJECTS EMI CONVERSION?
Customer needs to pay full amount of the transaction to the bank, since EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank. Or customer can refer to refund/return policy of the merchant.
7. WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ONCE MY EMI IS APPROVED?
Once the payment is made, Vivo shall ship the product as per schedule and would not wait for the EMI approval.
8. WILL MY TRANSACTION AMOUNT BE REFUNDED IF THE EMI IS REJECTED
No refund will be issued in case the issuing bank rejects the EMI application since this EMI grant is at the bank’s sole discretion.
9. IF I QUALIFY TO GET A REFUND AS PER VIVO POLICY WILL I RECEIVE THE INTEREST ON IT AS WELL?
In case of refund, no interest payment will be borne by Vivo. Vivo shall return the transaction amount that was paid after the user returns the device in sealed condition.
10. WHOM SHOULD I REACH OUT TO IF MY EMI IS REJECTED
If offline EMI is rejected, user should take it up with issuing bank and not with Vivo. The customer will have to inquire about the status of their EMI request with their issuing bank.
11. CAN I CANCEL AN OFFLINE EMI TRANSACTION?
EMI transactions once submitted cannot be cancelled/reversed.
13. WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED WITH THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE TRANSACTION?
At first full amount is charged and later converted in EMI normally within 7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank in case 7 working days have passed and transaction has not been converted to EMIs.

Airtel terms and conditions for complementary life insurance cover (only on RC 249)
About the Offer: Bharti Airtel Limited (Airtel) is facilitating the offer to its Eligible Subscriberswherein the pre-paid subscribers of Airtel mobile services subscribing to a specified monthly STV will be provided a complementary monthly life insurance cover of INR 4,00,000/- only, subject to adherence to the terms and conditions specified hereinafter.
Definitions: All capitalized terms used in this Customer T&Cs have the meaning ascribed to them as hereunder.
Insurer means HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited.
Insurancemeans complementary life insurance cover of INR 4,00,000/- provided to a Scheme Member subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the Insurance Policy.
Insurance Policy means the terms and conditions and processes specified by the Insurer for availing the Insurance.
Customer T&Csmeans this document agreed between Airtel and You, as amended from time to time and the terms and conditions mentioned herein for You availing the Offer.
Device(s) means mobile handsets specified by Airtel from time to time.
Subscriber means Airtels pre-paid mobile subscriber in whos name the Airtel SIM is registered and subscribes to the STV.
Scheme Member / You / Your means a Subscriber who meets Eligibility Criteria forissuance of Insurance Policy and is issued a COI.
COI means Certificate of Insurance issued by the Insurer to the Scheme Member.
STVmeans special pre-paid Airtel mobile telecommunications tariff voucher specified by Airtel as stated in Annexure I or as specified from time to time, at its sole discretion.
o Offer means complementary Insurance for Subscriber(s).
Eligibility Criteria means the Subscriber who falls within the prescribed age limit of 18 yearsto 54 years and such other criteria as may be specified by the Insurer from time to time, at its sole discretion.
The Offer shall be valid only in India or in the geographies within India, specified by Airtel from time to time.
You shall be able to avail the Offer only till the time You continue to be an Airtel Subscriber subscribing to the specified STV and recharging it every month on or before the expiry of the validity period.
You acknowledge and agree that any claim pertaining to the Insurance shall lie with Insurer and Airtel shall have no liability towards Insurance and / or its claim including but not limited to its approval or rejection or any dispute or difference arising therefrom.
You categorically absolve Airtel of any liability towards the same and agree to indemnify and hold Airtel and its directors, officers, employees, agents and consultants against any damage, claim, cost, loss, compensation, action, liability, legal proceedings (including reasonable Attorney fees), orders, directions etc. (collectively, Claims) suffered or incurred by Airtel with respect to the Offer.
You acknowledge that the link of the Airtel's Customer T&Cs applicable to this Offer and Insurer's Insurance Policy applicable for availing the Insurance have been made available to You by way of an SMS link. The same are also hosted on airtel.in/tncor on Airtel Thanks App as updated by Airtel or Insurer from time to time. You understand, acknowledge and agree that Insurance Policy is a contract between You and the Insurer and You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Insurance policy specified by the Insurer from time to time. You further acknowledge and agree that Airtel does not have any control in respect of the terms and conditions specified by Insurer in respect of the Insurance. Airtel shall not be responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered between You and the Insurer and shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between You and the Insurer. You acknowledge and agree that Airtel is a mere facilitator in this Offer and it does not hold any right, title or interest, nor has any obligations or liabilities in respect of the Insurance issued to you by the Insurer.
Registration process: In order to avail the Offer and benefits thereunder, You must recharge andmaintain the with select the STV. Subject to You fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria, the Insurer shall activate the Insurance. By opting to this STV, You authorize Airtel to share such details / information about You (basis the information filled by You in Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) and documents such as Proof of Identity / Proof of Address etc. (Documentation)) as may be required by the Insurer to activate the Insurance. You confirm that the correctness and authenticity of the information and documents provided by You to Airtel. You may manage nominee, address and other details either directly through Your Airtel Thanks App or through any authorized Airtel Retailer.
Inaccurate information shared by way of CAF, Documentation, claim form as against the information gathered during the investigation in relation to the Scheme Member shall lead to repudiation of Insurance claim(s).
Your Insurance shall expire the day You turn 55 years of age.
If You are a Subscriber of two (2) or more Airtel pre-paid connections, Your maximum Insurance cover will be INR 4,00,000/- and You shall not be eligible to make Insurance claims over and above INR 4,00,000/-.
You are advised to keep the nominee details updated at all times in the form and manner required.
Claims arising out of incorrect data regardless of intentional or unintentional errors committed by the Scheme Members, will not be payable by the Insurer. The Insurer shall have the right to investigate claims and also check for accuracy and authenticity of the information provided at the time of submitting the claim.
Scheme Member may approach to any nearby HDFC Life branch or as per the modes described in Insurance Policy for policy servicing requests like change in address, contact details & nominee and for submitting the cancelation requests
This Offer is available to Airtel subscribers only and cannot be used along with services provided by any other telecommunications service provider in India.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel.
All applicable taxes on STV shall be borne and payable by You.
These Customer T&Cs shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and You and by opting to the Offer, You accept the same as binding upon You.

HDFC LIFE terms & conditions
Policy is valid for Indian citizens who have done an Airtel Recharge with complementary Insurance and aged between 18-54 yrs at the time of Insurance activation. Policy will be issued in the name of the individual as registered with Airtel. The insurance benefit shall not be applicable for connections in the name of non-individual entities.
This policy is offered by HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and covers benefit of INR 4 lakhs for death (except suicide) for a period of 1 year if continuously recharged with the same Airtel Recharge with complementary Insurance. In case of successful claim, the payout would be made to the Nominee / Legal heir.
HDFC Life reserves the right to repudiate/restrict the claim if: Policy terms and condition are not met
Claims shall be settled only after obtaining the all required claim documents raised by insurer.
Customer shall receive the policy certificate directly on his/her mobile no. registered with Airtel on which the Airtel recharge with complementary Insurance has been activated.
Sum assured per SIM would be restricted to INR 4,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Lakhs only).
In case the member is holding multiple sim cards and insurance is activated on all such cards, maximum Sum Assured payable at the time of death claim will not exceed INR 4,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Lakhs only) in any case
The Insurance policy is a contract between HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and the customer. The customer should reach out to HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd. for any issues and claims
Claim Intimation from the Nominee must reach within thirty (30) days from the date of demise of the Scheme Member in the format prescribed below should reach Insurer HO/Branch.

Basic Documentation for death claims:
Death certificate issued by the Government / Municipal authority under section 12/17 of the Registration of Birth and Death Act 1969.
Claim form signed by nominee with NEFT details (personalized cancelled cheque)
Identity and Residence proof of the nominee (with relationship)
4 KYC of nominee (Photo ID e.g. PAN, Aadhar Card and address proof e.g. Aadhar Card/Valid Passport)
Additional Documentation for :
1.Cause of death certificate issued by the doctor / hospital
A copy of medical records for past illnesses / ailments / diseases and for treatments taken at the time of death.
Additional requirements may be raised on case to case basis.
Additional Documentation for Unnatural Causes:
Copy of Police records (viz. Panchnama, FIR, Inquest report, Final Investigation report) attested by the Police authorities
Copy of Post Mortem report and viscera / chemical analysis report attested by the hospital authorities
HDFC Life can request for further documentation / clarification, if required
In case of death of the nominee, a succession certificate would be required. In case the successor is a minor, and then Guardianship Certificate would be required.
Legal heir Certificate in case of death.
Court order in case of divorce, marriage registration certificate in case of re-marriage.
HO Insurer checks the required documents submitted by the nominee/legal heir as per the check list of insurance company and proceeds for claims settlement.
Claim Amount is settled in favour of nominee/legal heir. The Claim amount is transferred via fund transfer/NEFT to the bank account.
Claims arising out of incorrect data regardless of intentional or unintentional errors committed by the Scheme Members, will not be payable by the Insurer. Moreover, the Insurer will have the right to
investigate claims and also check for accuracy of the information provided at the time of claims. The rights available to the Insurer under this clause will be subject to regulations/ guidelines issued by IRDAI from time to time.
Inaccurate information detected in the claim form against the information as gathered during the investigation in relation to a Scheme Member will lead to repudiation of claims.
Payment of Death Benefit: Entire payout will be processed only in favour of nominee/legal heirsthrough NEFT only.
Except for COI issuance, please note that all requests received post 3pm, the date of receipt shall be considered to be the next working day.
As per the IRDAI (Protection of Policyholders' Interests) Regulations, claims are to be paid or be rejected or repudiated giving all the relevant reasons within 30 days from the date of receipt of all relevant papers and clarifications. In the event the claim requires further investigation in the opinion of the Insurer, the same shall be initiated at the earliest and the investigation shall be completed expeditiously, in any case not later than 90 days from the receipt of claim intimation and the claim shall be settled within 30 days thereafter. In the event the above mentioned TAT is crossed, due to delay on the part of the Insurer, interest on the claim amount which is 2% above the bank rate from the date of receipt of the last necessary document.
2% interest above the bank rate shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the last necessary document excluding Early Claims which will require investigation. For Early cases requiring investigation, the overall TAT 90 days or lower as per regulation shall be applicable as on date. Three years from policy issuance or reinstatement whichever is later shall be the determining factor for deciding the case, whether it is either Early or Non Early.
I agree that all the declarations provided above will be valid for all the future Insurance policies of HDFC Life issued against the Airtel recharge with complementary Insurance for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of these T&C's

Airtel Prepaid Amazon Prime Pack can be activated by any active Airtel Prepaid customer by Recharging with Rs. 299 recharge & provides customer Unlimited voice calls, 2.5GB Data per Day, 100 SMS per Day & subscription to Amazon Prime for a period of 28 Days. After completion of 28 days both telco benefits & Amazon Prime subscription of the customer will expire
Customer needs to claim Amazon Prime by downloading My Airtel App, clicking Amazon Prime Banner on home page of app & completing the login journey on Amazon. My Airtel App is the only place from where claim journey of Amazon Prime can be initiated.
The validity of Amazon Prime subscription is for 28 days from date of recharge & will not change in a scenario if there is a delay in claiming or activating Amazon Prime subscription.
Amazon Prime subscription benefit available on Airtel Prepaid pack can only be claimed against the mobile number on which recharge is done
Existing Amazon Prime members will not be eligible to avail the benefit of Amazon Prime subscription via this recharge, a non-active Amazon Prime member can avail Amazon Prime subscription benefits via this recharge.
If a customer ports out of Airtel or migrates to Airtel postpaid during the validity of the offer Amazon Prime subscription will be deactivated.
The benefits under this recharge are non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.

Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone
In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will Airtel or our directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to this offer. Total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the last fee paid by the customer.
