1.I agree that my action of entering the OTP sent by BFL and clicking on the Confirmation Tab, constitutes a valid acceptance by me of the Terms contained herein and creates a binding and enforceable agreement between me and BFL.
2.I declare that all the particulars and information provided by me for availing this loan from BFL (“Loan”) are true, correct, complete and up-to-date in all respects and that I have not withheld any information whatsoever from BFL as may be required for availing loan from BFL.
3.I have an Existing Member Identification card (“EMI Card”) issued by BFL, which enables purchase of products or availing services including but not limited to apparel, holiday/travel packages, footwear, groceries, kitchen appliances and accessories from Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in), on Loan from BFL.
4.I have read and understood the Master Terms and Conditions applicable to loans for Consumer Durable, Digital, Life Style Products & EMI Cards available at: https://www.bajajfinserv.in/terms-and-conditions- ecomm.pdf (“Master Terms”), as are in force now or from time to time and agree to comply with and be bound by the said Master Terms.
5.I declare that all the documents required to be submitted for availing the Loan, shall be submitted by me to BFL in the form and manner as may be prescribed by BFL and the same shall be true, correct, complete and up- to-date in all respects.
6.I understand that in case the information given by me is found incorrect or false, then the same shall affect this Loan and all my future loan applications to BFL.
7.I understand that the Loan shall be assigned to me as per BFL’s sole discretion and internal policies and the same is subject to further revision at BFL’s sole discretion. BFL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for such revision or cancellation of Loan limit.
8.I understand and undertake to keep my credentials including the login id and password/PIN issued by BFL and/or reset by me (“Credentials”), as confidential and shall not share the same with any third party. Any use or misuse of the Credentials including the transactions carried out using the Credentials shall be my sole responsibility and BFL shall not be held responsible for any loss/damage incurred on account of such use, misuse and/or transactions.
9.I understand and acknowledge that transmission of information through internet is not a secure means of sending information and the same may be subject to tampering and unauthorized access, fraudulently or mistakenly written, altered or sent, and not be received in whole or in part by the intended recipient and which may affect the availability and performance of this online facility provided by BFL. I shall not hold BFL liable for any loss/damage, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or resulting from such tampering and unauthorized access, frauds, mistakes, etc.
10.I authorize BFL to exchange or share information and details relating to Loan to its group companies and other third-party agents/representatives as may be required or as it may deem fit for the purpose of facilitating this Loan application and/or related offerings or other products/ services that I may apply for from time to time. I shall not hold BFL (or any of its group companies or its/their agents/representatives) liable for use/sharing of such information.
11.I understand that by clicking the Confirmation Tab, I hereby provide consent for receiving communications from BFL, its group companies, agents/ representatives in relation to this Loan including promotional communications through any mode (including without limitation through telephone calls / SMSs / emails). I confirm that that I shall not challenge receipt of such communications as unsolicited communication, defined under TRAI Regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communications.
12.I understand and agree that for concluding the Loan transaction for purchase of product/service from Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in), Rupees 49 as convenience fee (plus the applicable taxes) would be charged for each transaction and same would be added to my first equated monthly instalment for such Loan transaction.
13.I understand that products that are bought using EMI card from the Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in) are subject to the specific product cancellation policy of the Vivo E-Store (shop.vivo.com/in).
14.I understand that partial cancellation of any purchase made using Bajaj Finserv EMI within the cancellation period will result in the reduction of the tenure of the loan availed though the EMI amount will remain the same.
1. WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH NO COST EMI OFFER?
All the mobile phone models can be purchased with No Cost EMI.
2. WHY MY ISSUING BANK CALL CENTER HAS NO INFORMATION ON EMI CONVERSION?
The issuing bank will receive EMI request after at least 3 working days of the transaction. Then issuing banks can provide status of transactions.
3. WHY HAS THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT NOT CONVERTED INTO EMI IN 7 WORKING DAYS?
Please contact your card issuing banks in-case 7 days have passed and transaction has not been converted in EMI. Conversion of transaction into EMI is at the sole discretion of card issuing bank and can also be rejected in unfortunate circumstances.
4. WHY IS THE FULL AMOUNT CHARGED IN MY BILL?
Please check transaction date and customer bill generation date, if the period is less than 7 working days then customer needs to speak to issuing bank to determine how much to pay. The bank might convert the EMI at a later date and change bill payment.
5. WHY THE SUM TOTAL OF EMIS IS MORE THAN THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT?
The issuing bank charges interest per EMI transaction. The interest rates are decided by the bank and are displayed at the time of completing the transaction.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF BANK REJECTS EMI CONVERSION?
Customer needs to pay full amount of the transaction to the bank, since EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank. Or customer can refer to refund/return policy of the merchant.
7. WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ONCE MY EMI IS APPROVED?
Once the payment is made, Vivo shall ship the product as per schedule and would not wait for the EMI approval.
8. WILL MY TRANSACTION AMOUNT BE REFUNDED IF THE EMI IS REJECTED
No refund will be issued in case the issuing bank rejects the EMI application since this EMI grant is at the bank’s sole discretion.
9. IF I QUALIFY TO GET A REFUND AS PER VIVO POLICY WILL I RECEIVE THE INTEREST ON IT AS WELL?
In case of refund, no interest payment will be borne by Vivo. Vivo shall return the transaction amount that was paid after the user returns the device in sealed condition.
10. WHOM SHOULD I REACH OUT TO IF MY EMI IS REJECTED
If offline EMI is rejected, user should take it up with issuing bank and not with Vivo. The customer will have to inquire about the status of their EMI request with their issuing bank.
11. CAN I CANCEL AN OFFLINE EMI TRANSACTION?
EMI transactions once submitted cannot be cancelled/reversed.
13. WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED WITH THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE TRANSACTION?
At first full amount is charged and later converted in EMI normally within 7 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank in case 7 working days have passed and transaction has not been converted to EMIs.

1.How does Exchange work?
It is service provided by Cashify and it can be availed through Vivo E-Store ( http://shop.vivo.com/in) only upon purchase of a new smartphone.
2.What are the conditions for device to be eligible for exchange?
The phone should be in working condition without any physical damage on screen or phone body. All the screen locks should be disabled and i-cloud account should be unlocked.
3.Can I provide one address for delivery and another for pickup?
No, the delivery address mentioned by you would be used for pickup of old device as well as delivery of the new device. For offline/in-store orders, please make sure the delivery address is different from store address. Ideally the delivery address should be the residential address in this case.
4.Can I hand-over a different device in exchange?
No, the device being handed over should have the exact details as mentioned during time of purchase. The exchange device would not be picked up in case of any mismatch.
5.Can I exchange more than 1 old device?
No, only one old device can be exchanged per order.
6.When will I get my exchange value?
Cashify service engineer or representative will come to your doorstep for physically evaluating the gadget’s condition and match it to the conditions you mentioned while generating the quote. If the conditions of your device match with the provided description, the representative will pay you in Cash at that very instant. Besides cash, online payment gateways like bank transfer and wallets are also supported.
Once you’ve transacted the device, an OTP will be sent to you. Just share it with the representative, who will confirm the exchange and implement instant pay as per the payment method of your choice.
7.Can I cancel my order in case my exchange device is rejected during pick up?
The order for new device cannot be cancelled even if the exchange device is rejected during pick up.
8.Any checklist before I handover my device?
Kindly ensure all your data is backed up and cleared from your old phone before exchange. You may also remove the memory card. In the event the device is not working, or the pickup executive is not able to do an iCloud unlock check, or screen lock check / IMEI check due to a phone being "factory reset", the exchange device will not be picked up.
9.Do I need to handover all original accessories and packaging for the exchange device?
Yes, If you have selected original accessories and packaging box options as “Available” during the process then you need to provide the same.
10.Why did I get paid less than the quote?
Sometimes the information given by the seller doesn’t match the physical condition of the device. This results in reduction in the price of the device.
11.How do I get my exchange product back?
Once the exchange device is picked up, the same would not be returned.
12.Do you charge something for picking up my gadget?
No, it is absolutely free!
13.Do I need to give the original invoice also?
Devices with company warranty will fetch you better prices. So, if you claim your device to be under warranty, then we would require the original invoice to be submitted at the time of sale.
14.What if during pick up the condition of the gadget doesn’t match to the one I provided on Cashify?
Under such circumstances, our representative will present you a fresh quote as per the actual condition of the gadget. If you agree, then we will pay you the re-quoted amount on the spot. 15.What if I have my personal data on the exchange device?
You must ensure to delete all data on your device before handing it over for exchange. Vivo or its affiliates will not be responsible for any data that may be retained on the phone.

1.The participation in the Exchange Offer (referred as “Offer”) is open only for the Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above. (referred as “Participant”)
2.By agreeing to participate in the Offer, t Participant hereby represent, warrant and covenant that:
a.The Participant is the sole, absolute and lawful owner and/or user of the said phone offered for exchange (referred as “Device”);
b.The Device has been used by the Participant in accordance with the applicable laws of the land.
c.The Device along with all its accessories, wherever applicable, under the Offer is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc.
d.The details of the Device, including its condition, are as stated at the Vivo E-Store.
3.By participating in this Offer the Participant agrees and understands that all transactions on Platform are subject to the terms and conditions associated with creating a Vivo E-Store account.

It is expressly provided that transaction shall be between Participant & Cashify only.
9.Vivo shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of availing of the Offer.
10.Vivo shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.
11.This Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstance, unless specifically provided hereunder.
12.Vivo/Cashify are not responsible for any malfunction server error! Technical fault of any kind either at the Participant's end or on the Platform, which prevents the Participant from availing the Offer.
13.Vivo/Cashify shall not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, R.B.1, DoT or any other regulatory badly.
14.This Offer are subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, change of laws or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Vivo/Cashify (“Force Majeure Event’). Vivo/Cashify shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to this Offer there under as a result of a Force Majeure Event. Vivo/Cashify shall intimate the suspension of Offer caused as a result of such Force Majeure Event to the Participants within reasonable time.
15.Any Participant providing any incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Vivo/Cashify with intent to avail the Offer will automatically be disqualified from participating in it. Such act of providing incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information, including without limitation incorrect declaration of information relating to name, age, identity, address, mobile connection of Operator number, domicile etc., by the Participant or dispute with the platform, shall entitle Vivo/Cashify to disqualify him/her without any further intimation.
16.Vivo reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C and gratification at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Participant.
17.Failure by Vivo/Cashify to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. Further, Vivo/Cashify may assign any of its rights within the Offer to any party without prior intimation to Participants.
18.Vivo/Cashify does not make any commitment, express or implied to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the Participants.
19.Apart from the entitlement to the Exchange Value, the Winners or their legal heirs/ successors/ representative will have no other rights or claims against Vivo, its owners and affiliates. Maximum aggregate liability of Vivo/Cashify shall not exceed the Exchange Value of the concerned Device in case of any dispute, in pursuance to the terms and conditions herein.
20.No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to any aspect of the Offer, except as specified.
21.Any dispute arising out of this Offer and terms & conditions of this Offer shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations. In the event, amicable settlement fails, dispute shall be referred for Arbitration to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Vivo whose decision shall be final and binding on all. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The Courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
22.Vivo/Cashify may require the Participants to participate in any promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) free of charge, and he/she consents to the usage of his/her name, photograph, film recording, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for media coverage, news or information and for advertising or promotional purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration (“Publicity Material"). The license to use the Publicity Material shall survive the termination or expiry of this Offer.
23.Participants acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content, WAP/Desktop, Platform and all material or content related to the Offer shall remain, at all times, owned by Vivo/Cashify and/or their respective owners. All material and content contained is made available for Participant's personal and non- commercial use only. Any other use of the material! 24.Subject to any applicable law (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly DISCLAIMED including, but not limited to, meeting of the Participant®, requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security, the results or reliability of the Offer , delay in sending or receiving the SMS for participating in the Offer, or the delivery, pick up, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any Foods, services, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Offer or any transactions effected through the Offer : (b) The Participant expressly agree that his/her participation in the Offer is at his/her sole risk and is governed by the T&C herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the platforms including but not limited to Platforms SMS, shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind.

Definitions
1. "Cashback" shall mean Rs. 6000/-, which shall be credited in the form of 40 vouchers of Rs 150/- each which an Eligible Subscriber can avail upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device on or after 6th March 2019.
2. “Partner Coupons” shall mean coupons offered by partner brands subject to the terms and conditions provided below as Annexure-A, in the MyJio app of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device during the Partner Coupon Entitlement Period.
3. “Eligible Device” shall mean 4G mobile devices of Vivo Mobiles India Pvt. Ltd. (“Vivo”) brand viz (i) Vivo V15 (ii) Vivo V15 Pro purchased on or between 6th March 2019 and 3rd June 2019 and activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 6th March 2019 by performing Recharge. The Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device.
4. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO prepaid services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
5.“MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO prepaid services.
6. “Partner Coupon Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 6th March 2019 and the expiry date mentioned against each coupon.
7. “Offer” shall mean this (i) Cashback made available by RRL; (ii) “Partner coupons” made available by RRL;
8.This Offer is applicable for prepaid customers of RJIO only.
9.“Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
10.“Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
11.“Recharge Cycle” shall mean validity period of 28 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of RJIO SIM, and subsequent periods of 28 consecutive calendar days each.
12.“RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
13.“RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
14.“T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL to an Eligible Subscriber.
Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)
Cashback
An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge on or after 6th March 2019 shall be entitled to Cashback.
Cashback received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:

Each voucher of Rs. 150/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber, upon a Recharge in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”);

Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.150/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge.

In case of Eligible Device, a maximum of 40 Cashback vouchers of Rs 150/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber on or before 31st July 2022. For avoidance of doubt, all unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 31st July 2022.
An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge, on the Eligible Device, with the same MSISDN, on or after 6th March 2019, shall be entitled to Partner coupons.

Save and except enabling the availability of the Partner Coupons on the MyJio application of the Eligible Subscriber, RJIO shall not be in any manner responsible for or liable to the Eligible Subscriber for matters relating to or in connection with the Partner Coupons including but not limited to its redemption, benefits, transactions, use, suitability, eligibility, functionality, applicability, validity, etc.
Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")
1.The Offer is valid for Eligible Device purchased on or between 6th March 2019 and 3rd June 2019 and activated on the RJIO network for the first time, on or after 6th March 2019 .
2.These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
3.Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. For avoidance of doubt, where an Eligible Device is activated/recharged under a subsisting cashback offer of RRL, this Offer shall not apply thereto. The decision of RRL/RJIO on the applicability of an offer to the Eligible Device shall be final and binding.
4.An Eligible Subscriber who have previously availed cashback offers provided by RRL for the Eligible Device shall not be eligible to avail this new offer.
5.RRL/RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL/RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL/RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RRL/RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
6.RRL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
7.RRL, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
8.If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
9.Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RRL (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
10.In no event shall RRL (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
11.The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
12.The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
13.This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
14.Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RRL/RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy and RRL Privacy Policy which are available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy and https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html, respectively.
