Full Advance Payment

Definition:

When a customer completes the payment process and pays money full in advance before receiving the product it is considered as a Full Advance Payment.

Delivery Timeline: For Full Advance Payment

a) Perninsular Malaysia – 1-2 working days

b) West Malaysia – 2-3 working days

c) East Malaysia – 3-5 working days

Order Cancelation:
Customers reserve the right to cancel an order any time before receiving the ordered product.

Refund:

Customers can apply for a refund after the cancelation of the order.

· If the Customer cancels an order:

Due to a change of mind or any other personal issue of the customer. The Customer can apply for a refund without or before receiving the product. Refund requests must be emailed to vivo at vivo.ecommerce@my.vivo.com and also customer must notify in one of the following numbers. +6012-5939351. The full paid amount will be refunded to the customer after a deduction of 2%. Those customers will receive 98% money of the total amount as a refund. This 2% is deducted as delivery processing charge and Bank transaction charges.

· If vivo cancels an order:

In case of vivo cancels a full advance paid order due to stock, technical, or any other reason. The money paid by the customer will be fully (100%) refunded.

Partial Advance Payment:

Definition: When a customer completes the payment process and pays a partial amount of the total money in advance before receiving the product it is considered as a Partial Advance Payment. The Partial Advance payment can be 5%, 10%, or 15% of the total amount of an order.

Product Delivery: For Partial Advance Payment:

a) If vivo charges partial payment for product Pre-Booking, then the delivery process will start from the 1^st sales day announced by vivo for that product.

b) If the customer pays for Partial Advance Payment for an available product, then the delivery timeline will start immediately.

· If the Customer cancels an order:

In case of product pre-book change of mind or any other personal issue of the customer is not acceptable for refund. The Customer can apply for a model or color change before the delivery process starts by sending an e-mail to vivo at vivo.ecommerce@my.vivo.com or by calling one of the following numbers. +6012-5939351. Partial Advance Payment for Pre-Booking is non-refundable.

· If vivo cancels an order:

In case of vivo cancels a Partial Advance Payment paid order due to stock, technical, or any other reason. The money paid by the customer will be fully (100%) refunded.
