What if the pickup agent damages my phone?
My phone has Broken/Damaged Screen but it’s still less than 12 months old. Why will it be not considered under warranty?
Do I need to give the original invoice also?
Devices with company warranty will fetch you better prices. So, if you claim your device to be under warranty, then we would require the original invoice to be submitted at the time of sale.Apart from that, we will also be requiring a xerox copy of your ID proof or a photo of your identity proof that will be taken by our representative on Cashify Partner app.
What if my gadget is under warranty and I have lost the invoice?
In order to claim any warranty, the buyer always needs to have the invoice on them. However, in case of a lost invoice, the device will be considered to be more than a year old and the price shall be quoted accordingly.Also, we only accept Indian invoices for warranty purposes. All items with Non-Indian invoice will be considered out of warranty.
I bought a phone from the USA and now want to sell it. Will you buy it and do you buy locked phones?

General Terms & Conditions:-
1. This Offer is sponsored and organized by Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd.(“Cashify”) and. This Offer is facilitated by Vivo India, a Company having its registered office at “Address “ which owns and operates an online website located at www.vivo.com/in
2. By participating in this Offer, You (hereinafter referred to as "Participant(s)") agree to be legally bound by and abide by the Terms & Conditions stated herein (T&C). Participant(s) confirm and acknowledge that Participant(s) has read, understood and agree to conform to these T&C. If Participant (s) does not agree to these T&C, please do not avail the Offer. Vivo India reserves the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate these T&C or discontinue this Offer without any further notice To participate in the Offer the Participant needs to have a registered Vivo India account.
3.Under this Offer on purchase of a new mobile phone from the Vivo India an existing mobile phone of the Participant ("Device”) if approved may be exchanged and the exchange value of the Device ("Exchange Value”) as communicated by Vivo India shall be deducted from new device value.
4.This Offer shall be available on limited category of products in the sole discretion of Vivo India:
The Participant shall initiate order for a new mobile phone on the Vivo India and shall enter all required details of the Device to be considered for exchange. On updation of the details of the Device the Exchange Value shall be communicated by Vivo India to the Participant.
On acceptance of the Exchange Value, the Participant shall proceed to confirm the transaction and shall place the order for the new mobile phone ("Order").
Only successful Orders shall be considered for this Offer. A successful order shall mean an order which has successfully been placed through the Vivo India and the applicable product has been delivered to the Participant and the applicable consideration against the same has been duly credited to Vivo India.
The new mobile phone shall be delivered to the Participant and on successful delivery of the same, a request for pickup of the Device shall be raised by Vivo India to its courier partners (“Courier Partner”).
The pickup personnel of the Courier Partner (“Pickup Personnel”) shall thereafter visit the Participant at the address mentioned by the Participant at the time of placing the Order.
The Participant agrees that the following quality checks (“QC”) would be performed by the Pickup Personnel collecting the Device:
a. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by Participant at the Platform at the time of purchase of new mobile phone
b. Device should switch on and should be in switch on mode for at least 30 seconds without connecting charger.
c. Screen of the Device should not be damaged in any manner / have cracks / coming out of the Device or non-functional. Body of Device should be intact/not damaged/ without cracks and should have all the buttons (if applicable), there should be no irregularities such as lines,dots in the screen of the Device.
d. For Device all screen lock (all forms of screen lock like pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock etc.) should be inactive. f. For apple iphone, I-cloud should be unlocked.
e. For apple iphone, I-cloud should be unlocked.
The Pickup Personnel may accept or reject the Device of the Participant basis the QC conducted by the Pickup Personnel. The decision of the Pickup Personnel shall be final and binding on the Participant and no claim in respect of the same may be raised by the Participant with Vivo India or Cashify. The Participant shall allow the Pickup Personnel to click images of the Device, in case of both rejection and acceptance of Device.
5.All the data in the Device shall be erased by the Participant/ Pick up Personnel before pickup from the premises of the Participant and in spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data is still accessible due to any reason, Vivo India or Cashify or shall not be responsible for the same and the Participant shall not approach Vivo India or Cashify in case of any abuse of the said data or for retrieval or deletion of the said data. 6.The Participant understands that once the Device is picked up by the Delivery Personnel, the ownership of the Device shall stand transferred to Cashify and under no circumstance can the Device be returned back to the Participant including in the event of return of the new device purchased under the Offer. 7.The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Exchange Value is an adequate consideration for the Device and shall not raise any claim in respect of the inadequacy of the same. 8.The Participant agrees that the Order once placed will not be cancelled and return will be guided by the return policy of Vivo India, this shall be irrespective of acceptance or rejection of the Device by the Delivery Personnel. 9.Offer is being made purely on a best effort & basis and is valid for a limited period only. Vivo India reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. 10.Vivo India shall not be responsible for any delay on part of a third party including the courier agency, in pickup of the Device. 11.Disclaimer:
The residents of any state within territory of India, wherever else prohibited by Law, shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer as applicable.
Part - B Legal Terms & Conditions
1.The participation in the Offer is open only for the Offer Period for Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above.
2.By agreeing to participate in the Offer, the Participant hereby represent, warrant and covenant that:
The Participant is the sole, absolute and lawful owner and/or user of the Device.
The Device has been used by the Participant in accordance with the applicable laws of the land.
The Device along with all its accessories, wherever applicable, under the Offer is genuine and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc.
The details of the Device, including its condition, are as stated at the Vivo India Platform.
3.By participating in this Offer the Participant agrees and understands that all transactions on Platform are subject to the terms and conditions associated with creating a Vivo India account.
4.The exchange transaction shall be a biparte agreement between the Participant and Cashify and at no time shall Vivo India/Courier Partner be considered a party to the same.
5.Any documents as required by Vivo India/Cashify shall be submitted by the Participant, failure to do the same may result in cancellation of the Offer for the Participant in the sole discretion of Vivo India.
6.The residents of any state within territory of India, wherever prohibited by Law shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer as applicable.
7.Vivo India reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend, or withdraw the Offer prematurely at their sole and absolute discretion.
8.The Participants shall indemnify and keep indemnified Vivo India/Cashify and their officers, directors, employees, customers, affiliates and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs) which Vivo India/Cashify may incur, pay or become responsible as facilitator as a result of breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations of the Participants under the T& C hereunder, any failure by the Participants to comply with applicable law and any third party claims. Vivo India/Cashify shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this Clause, at the cost of the Participants. Vivo India/Cashify or their respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the Participant or any third party, in connection with the Offer. It is expressly provided that transaction shall be between Participant & Cashify only.
9.Vivo India/Cashify may require the Participants to participate in any promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) free of charge, and he/she consents to the usage of his/her name, photograph, film recording, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for media coverage, news or information and for advertising or promotional purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration (“Publicity Material”). The license to use the Publicity Material shall survive the termination or expiry of this Offer.
10.Participants acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content, WAP/APP, Platform and all material or content related to the Offer shall remain, at all times, owned by Vivo India/Cashify and/or their respective owners. All material and content contained is made available for Participant’s personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on the platform and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication is strictly prohibited.
11. Subject to any applicable law (a) All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied, are hereby expressly DISCLAIMED including, but not limited to, meeting of the Participant’s requirements or aspirations, timeliness, security,the results or reliability of the Offer , delay in sending or receiving the SMS for participating in the Offer, or the delivery, pick up, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods,services, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Offer or anytransactions effected through the Offer ; (b) The Participant expressly agree that his/her participation in the Offer is at his/her sole risk and is governed by theT&C herein; and (c) No advice or information whether by representations, oral, written or pictorial derived from the platforms including but not limited to Platforms SMS, shall be construed to mean the giving of any warranty of any kind.
12.Vivo India/Cashify shall not be liable for any loss, delay or & damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.
13.This Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstance, unless specifically provided hereunder.
14.Vivo India/Cashify are not responsible for any malfunction/server error/ technical fault of any kind either at the Participant’s end or on the Platform, which prevents the Participant from availing the Offer.
15.Vivo India/Cashify shall not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, R.B.I, DoT or any other regulatory body.
16.This Offer are subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, change of laws or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Vivo India/Cashify (“Force Majeure Event”). Vivo India/Cashify shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to this Offer there under as a result of a Force Majeure Event. Vivo India/Cashify shall intimate the suspension of Offer caused as a result of such Force Majeure Event to the Participants within reasonable time.
17.Any Participant providing any incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Vivo India/Cashify with intent to avail the Offer will automatically be disqualified from participating in it. Such act of providing incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information,including without limitation incorrect declaration of information relating to name, age, identity, address, mobile connection of Operator number, domicile etc., by the Participant or dispute with the platform, shall entitle Vivo India/Cashify to disqualify him/her without any further intimation.
18.Failure by Vivo India/Cashify to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Further, Vivo India/Cashify may assign any of its rights within the Offer to any party without prior intimation to Participants.
19.Vivo India/Cashify does not make any commitment, express or implied to respond to any feedback, suggestion and/or queries of the Participants.
20.Any dispute arising out of this Offer and terms & conditions of this Offer shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations. In the event amicable settlement fails, dispute shall be referred for Arbitration to a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Vivo India whose decision shall be final and binding on all. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The Courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.

In case the customer does not click on the Link, Cashify executive will call customer to remind about the same within 24 hours of lead creation followed by text messages and emails.
As soon as the customer clicks on the link, Cashify page will open where customer needs to click on the Select Payment Mode.
Next the customer will have to select his preferred payment mode either IMPS or Wallet.
On selecting IMPS the customer will be asked to fill in the form with his Bank account details.
On selecting Wallet, the customer will be asked to enter his Mobile number/ email id, which is registered with his.
As soon as the customer completes the process, the pickup request will be shared with our logistic.
After the completion of the pickup, the amount will be transferred tothe customer via the selected payment.
Pickup of the old device will not be scheduled until and unless the customer has selected the Payment.
Customer needs to select the payment method just once, customer cannot change the mode of payment again if he has already done it once or else pickup request will be cancelled.
We do not deal in Cash payments anymore, so the customer will have to select the payment mode from the available.
